Eleni Perdikakis

Eleni C. Perdikakis has committed her legal studies and career to the criminal
law practice. She has extensive investigation and litigation experience
in criminal matters ranging from low-level offenses to major crimes. Before
joining the legal team at Suzuki Law Offices, she worked as a prosecutor
for the New York City Law Department in New York County. Ms. Perdikakis
worked particularly on juvenile delinquency matters and handled hundreds
of cases ranging from shoplifting, identify theft, and possession of narcotics
or weapon cases, to violent crimes of robberies and dangerous assaults.
Ms. Perdikakis earned her Juris Doctor degree from Pace Law University
in New York State, where she graduated Cum Laude. While there, she was
the president of the Criminal Justice Society and an editor of the International
Law Review. During her studies, she interned in the Civil Division of
the Eastern District of New York and the King’s County District
Attorney’s Office as part of the Honors Prosecution Externship Program,
where she assisted the Homicide Bureau with their investigations and preparation
for jury trials.
As a former prosecutor, Ms. Perdikakis has experience with the investigation
and procedures of bringing charges forward in a criminal case. This allows
her to adequately understand both sides of a case and reach the best outcome
for her clients.
