Alan K. Wittig, Sr.

Alan K. Wittig, Sr. was born and raised in East Central Illinois. He graduated from Western Illinois University with a Bachelor of Science in Law Enforcement Administration and graduated from the Southern Illinois University School of Law.

During law school, Alan was a Visiting Student at the University of Illinois School of Law and served as an Intern with the Champaign County State’s Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted traffic and misdemeanor cases. Subsequently, he was hired as an Assistant State’s Attorney. During that time, he successfully argued a case before the 4th District Appellate Court of Illinois, which established case law for the first time interpreting a statute.

Mr. Wittig moved with his family to Arizona and was admitted to the Arizona Bar and the U. S. District Court of Arizona. In his private practice, he focused on family law, personal injury, and criminal defense cases. As a member of Suzuki Law Offices, he is eager to apply his talents and experiences to our clients’ various criminal defense cases and car accident claims.

Alan has participated in several non-profit programs in support of his community and giving a voice to those that cannot speak for themselves and the underrepresented. He has received awards for his volunteer work with the Maricopa County Family Law Assistance Program and other community programs.
